Silver Coast Winery Releases 2007 Vintage of Touriga, Cape Fear Blood Wine, this week & WINS 2 Gold Medals

October 26, 2010, Silver Coast Winery entered two wine competitions, 2010 Tasters Guild Consumers’ Wine Judging & Denver International Wine Competition 2010.  The 2007 Touriga, Cape Fear Blood Wine, which was just released this week won a gold medal in each competition.

TASTERS GUILD conducts an Annual International Wine Judging in the spring when hundreds of newly released wines are judged by panels of experts.  Silver Coast was among nearly 500 wines evaluated and was singled out by the consumer judges, which is a most prestigious achievement.

The 6th Annual Denver International Wine Competition was held September 11 & 12, 2010 at the Omni Interlocken Resort, Broomfield, Colorado.  This competition is the largest double-blind, professionally judged wine competition in the Rocky Mountain region.
